​CANCELLATION POLICY

We know plans and circumstances change. Please read through the Velo Kids cancellation policy below.

Cancellations Initiated by a Parent/Guardian or Participant:

• Requests sent 4+ weeks prior to the camp session start date will be issued a 100% refund minus a $10 service fee

• Requests sent 2+ weeks prior to the camp session start date will be issued a 75% refund.

• Requests sent within 2 weeks of the camp session start will not receive a refund.

 

If a Velo Kids camp is cancelled by Velo Kids (not weather related), a full refund will be issued.

Weather-Related Cancellation Policy

Velo Kids prioritizes the safety of all participants, staff, and volunteers during our biking programs, camps, and clubs. As outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event if conditions are deemed unsafe, including but not limited to severe storms, high winds, extreme heat, or other hazardous weather conditions.

In the event that Velo Kids cancels a program, camp, or club session due to weather-related concerns, participants will not be eligible for a refund. However, as a gesture of goodwill, Velo Kids will provide a coupon code valid for 10% off future camp or club registration. This coupon will be valid for the remainder of the 2025 season and throughout the 2026 season.
